• Musicians with an interest in the music of "two-thirds world" cultures to help develop songs as aids to learning and telling Good News stories.
• Translators to produce materials in a variety of national languages for Web pages, slide presentations, and book length training materials. Currently our most pressing needs are:  Chinese, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swahili, Vietnamese.
• Fluent speakers of the above mentioned languages who can check and edit translations that others have made. 
• Organizers to assemble and check lists of important data.
• Researchers to take on investigative projects concerning major religious background groups and other kinds of cultural issues related to our services, tools and training.
• Technical skilled people who can help develop delivery mechanisms for supplying training and materials world-wide through a variety of electronic media.
• Programmers to advise about, or to code, specific components of a new Web-accessed tool that will facilitate strategic planning for worldwide evangelization and discipleship.  (Various aspects of the project are being done using Zend Framework, object-oriented PHP 5, SQL, Ajax, and Dojo.)

• Focus:  Partnerships and strategies for training and witness in ministries of mercy and healing that address dysfunctionality and suffering ---enslaving addictions, trauma and abuse, dysfunctional relationships, poverty and defeated livelihood, HIV/AIDS and other health crises, and destructive cultural mores, beliefs and worldviews.
• Special Requirements:   Experience and academic preparation in the specific area(s) addressed.

• Special Requirements:  Fluency in French.

• Focus: Non-western people groups throughout the Americas.
• Special Requirements:  Fluency in Spanish.

• Focus:  Hindu and Buddhist background-related peoples worldwide.
• Special Requirements:  Fluency in Hindi.

• Focus:  Islamic-related peoples worldwide.
• Special Requirements:  We are looking for IPG Ministry Developers for all parts of the world, but especially need people with fluency in:  Arabic, Farsi, Malay, Turkish, Urdu.

• Focus:  Web development. Use of arts & media in training & evangelism.
• Special Requirements:  Non-western arts and media creation skills.
• Note:  If more than one person is available, this role could be divided between Web development and ethnic arts & media.

• Focus:  Firsthand exploration of the needs and opportunities for EE training worldwide.
• Special Requirements:  Able to travel alone in areas that may be hostile to Christianity. Has had strong preparation in topics relevant to 10/40 Window countries and cultures.

• Focus:  Build relationships with people interested in providing resources for our worldwide ministry.
• Special Requirements:  Good communicator.  Financial management skills.  

• Focus:  Firsthand exploration of the needs and opportunities for EE training worldwide.
• Special Requirements:  Web development, including graphics and scripting/programming.  Fluency in a language other than English is preferred but not required.

• Focus:  Pastoral and counseling care for our team worldwide.  Assist in partnership development ministry.
• Special Requirements:  Able to travel alone worldwide to wherever our team members and associates are living.

• Great appreciation and esteem for peoples of non-western cultures.
• Excellent cross-cultural relational skills.
• Extended living experience in a non-western culture. (For roles with a specific regional focus, has extended living experience in the region for which application is being made.)
• Fluent in English, plus at least one other major language, preferably more.
• Emotionally healthy and mature, strong devotional life and moral self-discipline.
• No physical limitations that could be difficult to address in international travel to remote areas.
• Is comfortable with doing international travel economically and alone.
• Enjoys working as part of an international team that is spread out through many countries.
• Self-motivated, takes initiative in work and relationships.
• Creative in analyzing challenging situations and developing a variety of solutions.
• Appropriate academic background.
• Has a good reputation among Christians and non-Christians.
• Fully agrees with EE's and EE People Group Services' vision & mission, and guiding principles and statement of faith.
